Parade History

Howard and Kiena Pung opened the doors to their wholesale gemstone business, CPS Gems, in 1979. Kiena's remarkable affinity for business affairs coupled with Howard's gem expertise allowed CPS Gems to blossom into one of Los Angeles' leading dealers. Both Howard and Kiena approached their craft with the highest level of discipline, dedication and attention to detail—a tradition that still remains to this day.

When second-generation brothers, Allen and William Pung, established Parade Designs in 1999, those traditional values remained at the core of the family business. Over the last ten years, the brothers have created a collection that is not just worn, but coveted. They continue to supervise the design of every piece from start to finish. This careful attention and dedication to the craft of fine jewelry making is what allows the company to operate efficiently and effectively. And because the people of Parade fully embrace the culture of simplicity, they will always provide customers with an experience that is truly unmatched.

Design

Allen and William continue to oversee the design of every piece in the collection. This commitment to perfection is just one of the reasons Parade consistently provides customers with exquisitely tailored pieces. Subtle details are consciously refined until the perfect balance is captured. The Pung brothers often turn to the outside world for inspiration, be it classic architectural elements or the simple wonders of nature. Of course, only the finest colored stones and diamonds, along with the brightest 18K and Platinum metals, make their way into a collection. In the end, a meticulous approval process ensures that the final result is nothing short of breathtaking.
Today, there are eight collections in the Parade library - from the award-winning bridal line, Lyria TM to the exclusive Beau Monde, featuring one-of-a-kind collectible jewelry. Other recent collections include the Lyria TM leaves diamond fashion and Charites stackable bands. Parade is only available through authorized fine jewelry retailers in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean Islands.
